Before founding Artemis, she served as the Executive Director of  Communications at Vogue and Teen Vogue working directly with Anna Wintour to position the Condé Nast heritage brand in the new media  environment. She was responsible for crafting and executing brand  strategy as well as serving as a spokesperson for the brands and its  editors. During her time at Condé Nast, Hildy spearheaded initiatives  such as the 18+ initiative and revised Code of Conduct the company  announced in 2018, as well as Vogue Values statement in 2019 and A Common Thread Covid relief in 2020.  

As an external policy advisor  for Conde Nast and Vogue, Hildy continues to oversee all press and communications strategy on behalf of the brand for the annual Costume Exhibition Gala  at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Prior to Vogue, Hildy spent fifteen years in politics creating, managing  and leading various operations at the state, local and federal level and serving two Presidents.  

Following Barack Obama’s historic win, Hildy moved to Washington  where she served as Deputy and then National Finance Director for the  Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Hildy has been featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine,  Politico and had an op-ed published this year in Business of Fashion.  She has spoken at various conferences including Color Comm and Diane Von Furstenberg’s InCharge Conference 2020 in celebration of International Women’s day.  

In 2019, Hildy was appointed by Governor Andrew Cuomo to serve  as a Member of the New York State Council on the Arts. Hildy is also  a board member of the YMCA of Greater New York, and sits on the  advisory boards of Swing Left.

Hildy resides with her family in Brooklyn, New York.
